Our Dressage series this year runs from March - November and is under BD rules.
2020 dates: Saturday's 7th March, 4th April, 2nd May, 6th June, 4th July, 1st August, 5th September, 3rd October, 7th November (Champ show)
New for 2019 - Arena Walk. A short arena walk will be allowed before classes start. Please indicate on your entry form if you want to do an arena walk.
We now have two championships running.
MEMBERS ONLY CHAMPIONSHIP. Members can gain points throughout the year towards the fabulous Walk & Trot Trophy, the Dot Russell Championship Cup for the Prelim series, the Mossy Mead Salver for the Novice tests and the Retraining of Racehorses (RoR) Riding Club Challenge Rosette and Trophy, not to mention the multi-tiered rosettes, all presented at the AGM.
SUMMER DRESSAGE SERIES. We are now running a dressage series which is open to all. Qualifying classes will be held at our competitions in March, April, May, July, August, September & October with a Championship show to be held on Saturday 7th November. The 3 highest placed competitors in each qualifying class will qualify for the championship show.
Entries close 8 days before the competition. Late entries maybe available. Entries may be limited.

Please park sensibly and follow instructions from the parking stewards.
Please do not leave horses unattended if they are tied to the outside of your trailer/lorry.
If classes are over-subscribed priority will be given to P&BRC members.
Correct attire must be worn (Light coloured jodhpurs / breeches, black / navy or hacking jackets etc). Plaiting is not compulsory.
Tests may be called.
The Walk / Trot and Prelim tests are split into "Restricted" and "Open" sections. Classification is detailed in the rules.
Retraining of Racehorses Riding Club Challenge Rosette and Trophy - horses must be registered with RoR.
Please note..... November Championship show.
Classes 1, 3 & 5 will be open to all but preference will be given to those in the championship classes in the event of the entry being full.
Classes 2, 4 & 6 are only open to those who have qualified in prevous rounds this year.
The last Members Championship points can be gained at the October competition and no points will be awarded from the November competition.
