Monthly Weekend Lessons
Once a month we run group lessons of flat work, poles or jumping at Cannington Equestrian Centre (TA5 2LS / What3Words – games.scribbled.juniors) using a variety of instructors. Groups are max of 3 people per 1 hour session.
Group Lessons cost £20.00 per person.
On the same days we also offer ‘Pony Preschool’ sessions – these are 30 minute private flat lessons at the beginning of the day for new or novice combinations who may not be quite ready for group tuition.
Pony preschool costs £25.00 per person.
We try to accommodate members requirements (e.g. timewise) if feasible & always aim where possible to put similar level riders & horses together.
All bookings & payments for lessons are ONLY taken through Equo – please click on button below or follow link on our Homepage to our Equo calendar (or go direct to equoevents.co.uk & search for events run by Poldens and Bridgwater Riding Club)
Times for lessons go up on the members only Facebook page on the Wednesday before the lesson (for those not on social media times can be sent via email/txt by prior arrangement)
The deadline for booking in for lessons is the Tuesday the week before the lesson is due Saturday

Housekeeping Notes
Please tidy up after yourself & your horse – clear up & take home any horse poo & hay.
Please do not leave your horse unattended if tied to the outside of your trailer or lorry.
Body protectors are recommended for jumping lessons.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any lesson cancellation after the times are posted (on the wed prev to the lesson) will not be refunded unless the space can be filled.
Cancellations before times have been posted will be refunded HOWEVER the £1.50 Equo booking fee will not be refunded as this is not issued by or paid to PABRC. Money from refunds can NOT be ‘held over’ by PABRC to be used for a future event.
Any issues on the day ie. you are going to miss your lesson, please let Becky know on 07595 938474 so the instructor is not waiting for you 🙂
SAFETY INFORMATION
Anyone attending any PABRC event MUST wear safety clothing up to current safety regulations –
Hats must meet one of the following safety standards:
Body Protectors must meet the following safety standards & MUST BE WORN FOR ANY CROSS COUNTRY ACTIVITY (& are recommended for showjumping):
Phones must NOT to be worn in front of jodphur thigh pockets for ridden events
