Speciality Clinics

Throughout the year we run a variety of specialist clinics with appropriately qualified instructors, such as Dressage to music & Dressage test riding.

If members have anything specific they would like to club put on clinic wise we are always open to new ideas, so please contact one of the committee members to discuss further.

Dressage to Music

We have run ‘Introduction to dressage to music’ lessons at various venues with great success with the wonderful Amanda Birch, who has many years of experience behind her of putting together horse, rider with appropriate music. Also an awful lot of fun!

Dressage Test Riding

We run these with BD listed judges to ride through tests requested by the riders (20×40 or 20x60m) to improve accuracy of test riding, & gain more knowledge about what it is the judges are looking for. These can be ridden at whatever level the rider requests.

Course jumping

These are held at larger arena venues such as Stockland Lovell or KSEC with BHS qualified instructors, & are designed to improve performance & experience in riding a course of show jumps as a whole. Can be taught at any height from poles on the ground upward.
